Project overview
Following the PSSM France redesign, PSSM Formation — the association that trains first aiders in mental health — needed a dedicated website to promote its courses, simplify its internal processes and better showcase its offering.
Method
Workflow workshops (from creating training sessions to managing registrations and manual orders, to lighten the teams’ workload), site-map and acquisition workshops, plus user tests on mockups to check how smoothly people can register and browse the courses.
The tip of the iceberg
As a full-stack developer, I took charge of the most important feature: custom manual order management, private and connected through FTP transfer to an external delivery software. On the menu: a form, CSV encoding, e-mail sending and plenty of conditions. A system that works flawlessly and keeps evolving.
Result
Less than a year after its creation, the site ranks in the top 3 of search engines for more than 60 queries, and the growth continues.
